The Best Score Fever Tournament Terms (“Tournament Terms”) govern your participation in the Best Score Fever tournament (the “Tournament”) offered within the EASYWIN Services. These Tournament Terms supplement and form an integral part of the EASYWIN Terms of Use (“EASYWIN ToU”) and the EASYWIN Privacy Policy.
By entering or participating in the Tournament, you agree to be bound by these Tournament Terms and the EASYWIN ToU in full. If you do not agree, do not participate.
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the EASYWIN ToU.
The Tournament is organized and administered by EASYWIN INC., a Delaware corporation, which provides the EASYWIN Services.
The Tournament is a skill-based fixed-deck competition. All participants play the exact same deck (card sequence).
The Tournament is not a game of chance, lottery, or betting event. As stated in the EASYWIN ToU, all competitions on EASYWIN are determined solely by skill and are not gambling under applicable law.
The Tournament is void where prohibited.
To participate, you must:
EASYWIN may request age/identity verification (KYC) before awarding any prizes.
The Tournament accepts unlimited participants.
The Tournament becomes valid only if at least 10 eligible players have entered. If fewer than 10 players enter by the end of the registration period, EASYWIN may (a) extend the entry window or (b) cancel the Tournament and refund Entry Fees in accordance with the EASYWIN ToU.
Players are provided with the ability to make multiple Attempts to play the same Tournament match in order to improve their final score. The total number of Attempts available to each player is limited and will be specified within the Game interface prior to participation.
The Tournament uses a decreasing Entry Fee model, where:
(i) the initial Attempt requires the highest Entry Fee;
(ii) each subsequent Attempt is offered at a reduced Entry Fee relative to the previous one.
Entry Fees are charged in accordance with Section 14 of the EASYWIN Terms of Use and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Attempt Rules:
The player’s final Tournament score is the highest score achieved across all completed Attempts.
Scores are validated by EASYWIN. Manipulated or fraudulent results will lead to disqualification.
The Tournament features a dynamic, non-fixed prize pool:
(i) The Prize Pool increases in real time with every Entry Fee paid by players;
(ii) Each Entry Fee is added to the Prize Pool according to the distribution logic shown in the Game interface.
The Prize Pool and projected prize payouts update live in the app, visible to all participants.
The final Prize Pool is locked at the end of the Tournament Period.
The Tournament operates a global leaderboard that displays all participants, without limitation.
All players eligible under Tournament rules may receive rewards based on their final leaderboard position.
Prizes are awarded only according to:
EASYWIN’s leaderboard results and scoring calculations are final and binding.
EASYWIN may require identity verification before paying prizes, consistent with Sections 4 and 14 of the EASYWIN ToU (KYC, AML, tax compliance).
Failure to provide required verification may lead to prize forfeiture.
Entry Fees are non-refundable, except where the Tournament is canceled before commencement and as otherwise required by Section 14 of the EASYWIN ToU.
If EASYWIN cancels the Tournament before winner determination, Entry Fees for unused Attempts will be refunded.
Players must use the latest official version of the EASYWIN app and maintain a stable internet connection. EASYWIN is not liable for technical issues on the player’s device or connection, as described in Sections 3 and 10 of the EASYWIN ToU.
EASYWIN may modify these Tournament Terms at any time as provided in Section 19 of the EASYWIN ToU.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.
All disputes arising from the Tournament are subject to the binding arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 18 of the EASYWIN ToU.
By participating in the Tournament, you expressly acknowledge and agree to individual arbitration.
These Tournament Terms supplement, and are governed by, the EASYWIN ToU. In case of conflict, the EASYWIN ToU controls unless the matter is expressly Tournament-specific.
